We deeply value the trust our patients place in the work of our dentists.

To demonstrate our appreciation, we offer goodwill guarantees on various dental procedures, including inlays, onlays, crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and veneers. These guarantees extend for a period of two years against mechanical failures, such as metal or porcelain fractures.

For other restorations, like composites, coverage lasts for one year, provided certain conditions are met:

– Patients must attend at least two hygienist appointments each subsequent year after treatment completion and adhere to prescribed maintenance techniques.
– No damage should result from additional dental treatments, inadequate care, or trauma.
– Outstanding balances on the patient’s account must be cleared.
– Failures should not stem from tooth decay, gum disease, or peri-implantitis.
– Implant patients are required to attend a review examination 12 months after restoration placement for radiographic monitoring.
– If an implant fails to integrate within the first year or loses integration, a replacement will be provided once, contingent upon adequate bone availability. Subsequent replacements due to integration failure will not be guaranteed.
– Ceramic crown restorations will be replaced once, and subsequent fractures will incur replacement costs borne by the patient. Following a restoration fracture, patients are advised to wear a mouthguard at night, which incurs a fee, to prevent overloading.
– Note that the Goodwill Guarantee does not cover implant failures in smokers.

Our dentists and hygienists are individually accountable for their care and treatment, fully covered by personal professional indemnity.
