Palminder graduated from Bart’s and the London in 2010 and is a co-owner of Burridge Dental Practice.
“I believe it’s crucial to work under magnification for excellent treatment outcomes. I have a strong interest in biomimetic composite work and appreciate the predictability when using rubber dam.”
Palminder has attended numerous postgraduate courses across Europe, including StyleItaliano Aesthetics courses, to enhance skills in cosmetic treatments and smile makeovers.
Additionally, Palminder is a prominent provider of Invisalign orthodontic treatment. He serves as an educational supervisor for the NHS and actively mentors younger dentists.
Beyond dentistry, Palminder is an avid tennis player, a dedicated food enthusiast, enjoys participating in pub quizzes, and has a passion for learning about different cultures.

Satnam graduated from Bart’s and the London Dental School in 2010, and since then, he has gained experience in various practices before becoming a co-owner of Burridge Dental Practice.
Satnam has a strong interest in all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular focus on cosmetics, including anterior crowns, veneers, and composite restorations.
“My primary passion in dentistry lies in the application of bonding in intricate cases, especially in full mouth rehabilitations for patients seeking to restore both function and aesthetics.”
Beyond his clinical work, Satnam serves as an educational supervisor for the NHS and takes on the role of mentoring younger dentists, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of dental care.
In his leisure time, Satnam enjoys playing tennis and football, and he values spending quality time with family and friends.

Victoria graduated from Cardiff University in 2019 and underwent her foundation training at Burridge Dental Practice. Following that, she spent a year working in the maxillofacial department at QA Hospital before returning to our team at Burridge.
During her free time, Victoria enjoys tending to her garden and indulges in a bit of baking!

Dr Edward Matthams

In 2013, Edward graduated from Kings College London and has since practiced dentistry in Portsmouth, Southampton, and neighboring areas. Currently serving as an Educational Supervisor in Portsmouth, he actively participates in mentoring and training newly qualified dentists. Edward has enhanced his credentials by successfully passing the MFDS (Edinburgh) exam.
Edward finds fulfillment in various facets of general dentistry, with a special interest in oral surgery, and he is known for his composed and compassionate approach.
Beyond his professional life, Edward takes pleasure in family time, particularly by the beach.

With a special interest on endodontics, he is dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Kellow is a devoted family man, cherishing quality moments with his wife and children outside of work.

Rosanne completed her BDS in India in 2019 before returning to the UK and has worked as an NHS dentist since 2021. Rosanne enjoys all aspects of dentistry and looks to broaden her skills toward facial aesthetics in the future.
In her spare time, Rosanne enjoys cooking and exploring the outdoors!

Matthew graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2023 and joined Burridge the same year as a foundation dentist. Demonstrating exceptional skill and dedication, he has now transitioned to an associate dentist role within our team. Matthew has a keen interest in pursuing implant dentistry, continually enhancing his expertise in this specialized field. Outside of work, he is passionate about all things sports, dedicating much of his free time to various athletic activities.

Jason, born in Poole, Dorset qualified as a dental surgeon from Barts & The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2010. Following this he returned to the South Coast and accepted his first post as a dentist.
As part of his continued professional development he worked in the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department (Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust) which enhanced his skills and interests in oral surgery.
He is currently working towards his membership into The Faculty of Dental Surgeons after which he intends to incorporate the use of Botox and dental implants into his practice.
In his free time he enjoys snow sports holidays and travelling

Dr Rakesh Sharma is our in-house Endodontics expert. Known for successfully handling complex root canal cases, he is deeply passionate about dentistry and dedicated to delivering excellent results.

In his spare time, Rakesh is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

During postgraduate training, Rakesh started accepting private referrals for endodontic treatment, focusing primarily on endodontics in his current practice, where his dedication and experience shine.
